The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of shipping determined by the weight, size and number of packages that are being shipped as well as the distance of the destination address from our distribution centre. Shipping rates can be obtained by simply adding the products to the cart and then entering your address and clicking the “Calculate” button.
Orders are shipped out within 3 business days. GRT Fitness saves no effort to guarantee a fast shipment of each and every package. Unfortunately, delays may occur during a busy season or due to sever weather conditions that are out of our hands.
Customer may be required to add the shipping address on your credit card file with your credit card issuer as a secondary address to complete the address.
All packages are shipped with Canada Post or FedEx. Customer may select the shipping method and courier and in the vast majority of cases packages will be shipped with the selected courier. Our shipping calculators provide an estimated time of arrival. Estimated time of arrival is an estimated date and it is not guaranteed that the package (s) will arrive on that exact date.
Due to weight/size restrictions oversized items are shipped with a freight company as they are too heavy/large to be shipped with couriers. Freight charges vary depending on the weight of the item(s) and the destination it is being shipped to. Oversized items are shipped out within 5 business days. Please note, trucking companies will always call ahead of time to schedule a delivery date. All freight deliveries are curbside only.
Upon receipt and inspection, you will be notified on the status of your refund request. If your refund is approved, you will receive the credit back based on the original method of payment. For reasons other than a warranty issue that cannot be rectified or error on part of the supplier, items may have a 15% restocking fee applied.
Warranties on products not manufactured by GRT Fitness will be observed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Additional warranty information can be found on the product page. GRT Fitness warrants to the original user that the GRT product will be free in material workmanship or defects for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product.
